LG’s G5 is definitely an interesting new phone – with a modular design and “friends”/accessories. But there was also a question early on about the disappearance of the venerable Android app drawer and if Google / LG / Samsung or whoever is planning to abolish that 2-layer design completely. Well, thankfully at least from LG’s side, we find out that its an optional thing from the UI from their newly released UX 5.0 demo – a whole 3 minutes plus detailing how you’ll be using their new flagship phone. Check it out embedded above, or read some more of the specs below!
The LG G5 is slated to be launched in the Philippines this coming April 28, with availability probably happening soon after. We’ll be on the lookout for more info so stay tuned!
