vivo is no stranger when it comes to the bleeding edge in their smartphone division. They’ve launched their vivo X Fold series as an entrant against the Galaxy Z Fold lineup. Now, a CAD render of what seems to be a clamshell device has surfaced.
A weibo user has tipped the CAD renders of the upcoming vivo X Flip. Alongside are some of the key specifications of the device. Despite the form factor, the hardware inside is nothing to scoff at.
First, the render shows the inner display with a 1080p resolution across. Beside that is the render of the outer part of the Flip. A 682p outer display resides near the hinge with the circular rear camera module and its ZEISS optics branding can be seen above it.
Some of the device’s specifications include a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, dual rear cameras with ZEISS tuning and a side mounted fingerprint scanner.
Other information regarding its specifications and launch date are currently unknown.
