The standard vivo X90 is a camera focused premium entry to the series

Aside from the vivo X90 Pro+, the regular X90 has been seeing rounds of rumors lately.  The device is expected to have a decent specification setup with a jack of all trades approach like its predecessors. 

Weibo user Assen has shared specifications of the upcoming standard vivo X90. From the Dimensity 9000, the X90 will feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The chip is currently the best of Qualcomm’s offerings, though it is expected to see the silicon on midrange devices next year with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 taking up the flagship crown. 

The display will get a resolution bump from Full HD 1080p to 1220p or popularized by Redmi as “1.5K resolution”. It will also have 2160Hz PWM dimming  The cameras get OIS and expected to have Zeiss optics algorithm. 

The battery capacity is still unknown, but the device will have support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. The Weibo blogger already have some estimated prices for the alleged device, it will start for 3999CNY (PHP 32.8K equivalent) for the base 8/128GB variant. That means a price hike from the vivo X80 which launched at 3699CNY at launch.
