Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared a snapshot of what appears to be a POCO device receiving certification for Europe.

Xiaomi model number M2004J11G passes through EEC certification. The certification in the snapshot also indicated that the device is a “Smartphone of the POCO trademark”. This confirms the claim of the tipster.
He also indicated the similarity of the model numbers of past Redmi devices. This is specifically to the POCO F1, Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro. One thing is common with the three devices is the inclusion of a flagship Snapdragon 800 series chipset and bringing it at a market leading inexpensive price.
Usually devices that pass through this certification end up launching globally.

If his claims and hints are true, then the newly certified POCO device to launch globally will have flagship internals at a low asking price.
POCO’s last flagship smartphone, the POCO F1, is a device with flagship internals but with hardware compromises. The compromises is based on the manufacturer’s mantra, “Everything you need, nothing you don’t”. So the device ended up features such as a Snapdragon 845 chipset, a big battery and other such as a headphone port, though skimping out on the display, and the build quality. It wouldn’t be surprising if the certified device follow this formula in order to achieve such a price point.

No other details about the device were confirmed though. Its specifications such as the cameras, processor, battery and others are still unknown. The launch date is not yet discovered either. So any speculation of yours is as good as ours.
Philippine availability is to be determined as well.
