Sudhanshu Ambhore, a known tipster, has shared some details of what appears to be a device equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 1000.
Other details he added that the device will have a Full HD AMOLED display. The display of the device has a high refresh rate at 120Hz. Another notable detail he stated that the cameras of the device will be “similar to the Redmi K30 Pro”. This means a 64MP Sony IMX 686 for the main shooter, the ultrawide and a pair of macro and depth sensor.
Although he hasn’t confirmed if it would be the standard Redmi K30 Pro or the zoom edition is the device similar to. The latter has a telephoto lens instead of the macro shooter.
He also hasn’t confirmed which device would it be or which manufacturer this device belongs to.
He claimed that the device will be priced near the 3000 RMB price point. This is approximately PHP 21.7K converted. If true, the device will offer one of the best specification for its price.
As you can recall, the Dimensity 1000 from MediaTek is yet to debut. This powerful chip breaches the 500,000 mark on AnTuTu v8. This is along the Apple A13, Snapdragon 865 and Exynos 990 –at optimal conditions, type of performance. Also outperforms the Kirin 990 5G found on latest Huawei flagships. Its lower clocked variant, the Dimensity 1000L, has debut with the Chinese variant of the OPPO Reno3.
