Asus ZenFone Max Plus To Launch At PHP 11,995 With A Ton Of Freebies

Asus finally joins the new, and actually quite nice, 18:9 wider-than-wide ratio display trend. A trend that allows for displays to get taller on our hands except not wider for better ergonomics – hence we get an overall larger display on our phone without sacrificing its ease of use. With the ZenFone Max Plus, we’re poised to get a 5.7″ FullHD+ device with the large battery characteristics known for the series. And now, we can finally put a price to it – and we also know what freebies we should expect on January 14, launch day. Check out all the details below!

As you can see on the specs above, the ZenFone Max Plus will retail for PHP 11,995 and has your trademark dual lenses from the new ZenFones, except it has a new 5.7″ FullHD+ display. Key change is also the choice of processor – an Octa-Core MediaTek 6750T processor which was previously held by a Snapdragon 430 in the ZenFone 4 Max. And while they’re at it, Asus also put in a face unlock feature – something that might have been influenced by other recent releases.

There’s something else though: if you’re part of the initial 200 buyers of the new ZenFone Max Plus on January 14, you do get extra freebies. Asus is billing them in the PHP 7,595 price range, and includes JBL Headphones, an Asus Sports Jacket, OTG Dongle, Clear Case, and a Zenny Doll. Whether or not those actually total PHP 7000+ will really be up to you, but it still makes the deal sweeter either way.

Getting in the initial 200 buyers require some preparation though, so make sure to read the mechanics if you’re intending on buying one anyway.
