UGLY FAT NERD Buys A Zhiyun Smooth Q Gimbal (Kokak Vlog)

Huh, lol? You need a backstory and written content for a vlog? Urrgh fine.

I’ve been meaning to buy a gimbal for content creation since they became popular and accessible to the mainstream. Initially, I really wanted a DJI Osmo Mobile even if it would cost nearly twice as much as the Zhiyun Smooth Q I bought here. But I learned that my phone wouldn’t perfectly fit on the Osmo Mobile and that Urban Gadgets in cooperation with Zhiyun-Tech Philippines had a 6 month 0% interest payment option. That and an upcoming trip and some event coverage found me at Vertis North Mall – the new mall right next to Trinoma and owned by Ayala. Why another Ayala mall right next to Trinoma? Because #kokak. Basically if you don’t know what this product is yet, its a motorized stabilizer for people who want to record video with their phones or GoPro’s without the unprofessional video shakes. Its a relatively sizable investment so you should really consider if you need one before you make the jump. Other, higher quality, and more expensive versions exist and we’re fans of the DJI Osmo Mobile ourselves, but had to go with this one because of phone fit issues.

But hey, you don’t have to necessarily want to buy one. You can just watch our vlog for the entertainment(?) factor.
