Huawei Launches T1 7.0 Plus – A Budget Tablet That Does Calls & Texts

Huawei is bringing a new entry level tablet in the Philippines in the form of the MediaPad T1 7.0 Plus. (Yes, that name is a mouthful.) The new device packs modest specs – like the Quad-Core Spreadtrum processor and 7″ WSVGA (1024×600) display – but should be enough for snacking on social games and multimedia. The 3G capable tablet also functions as a traditional phone – meaning it has call and text capability so you won’t need to bring a separate device to connect to data or contact your friends. Lastly if you pre-order the device between April 20 until May 5, 2016, you’ll receive a free leather case, headphones, and a canvas bag.
