At the rock bottom price of PHP 1,999, you’ll be getting a Quad-Core processor, 4″ display, 3G capabilities, and even a front-facing camera. Not much can be said with budget devices these days except for “Hey, this is really low priced.” So yeah, this is affordable in the sense that you only need 2 bills to get an Android smartphone.
