Kuniako Sato of Cocoa Motors have developed a micro-transportation segway thing that can propel users up to 10Km/H for up to 12 Kilometers – and it’s no bigger than your average laptop. The invention, called the “WalkCar” is made of Aluminum and moves forward when you step on it, stops when you get off, and turns when you shift your weight. Personal transportation devices have been garnering some popularity recently, but never have they gotten small enough to fit in a bag.
The “WalkCar” will be put into KickStarter’s crowdfunding site later this year for about 100,000 Yen or PHP 37,000 / US$800.
That’s cool and all, but how many waifus can it carry?
Edit: Imagine having one of these during rush hour traffic! 10Km/H is fast enough to beat the standstill at EDSA, and 12Km range is enough to get you from Makati to QC!
