Fancy yourself a pretty good farmer in World of Warcraft? Then you may never have to pay for subscription fees anymore.
Blizzard will soon patch the popular MMORPG to let players buy tokens that give 30 days of in-game play time. That means that you can essentially farm for gold in game and pay for your monthly subscription fees with it. Historically the game would cost players US$15 a month, and will likely still do for players who can’t farm for these tokens. What’s interesting though is you will be able to buy said tokens from other players with gold, with prices dictated by supply and demand.
What we currently don’t know though, is if you can sell these Subscription Tokens for real money. Probably not though.
