Starmobile’s alphabet soup of smartphones is bolstered today as the local brand announces three new smartphones for the budget conscious crowd – the Play Club, Jump Max, & Up HD. The first two are entry level Dual-Core phones, while the latter is a sleek-looking Quad-Core device. You’ll find more specs below!
