Limited 20th Anniversary Gray PS4’s Will Be Sold To Lucky Winners Of Instagram Contest

Everybody loves them some PlayStation. But for a select lucky few, they might love them PlayStations so much that they want to commemorate it with a PS4 colored like the original PlayStation 1 Gray. Thankfully, now that the video gaming console is celebrating its 20th Anniversary – and us not willing to admit we’re that old – you can compete for a chance to buy one of these limited edition bad boys. Only 12,300 will be sold worldwide, and seems like there’s only 18 to be sold in our neck of the woods. Yeah, they weren’t kidding when they said limited.

The limited edition 20th Anniversary Gray PS4 is actually priced at a good value. Packaged with all the accessories you would normally buy separately, the console sells for PHP 26,999 here in the Philippines with the PS4 system, camera, controller, vertical stand, and mono headset all in dashing 90’s computer grey.

But you can’t get one just from any store, you’ll have to fight for your right to own one. (Here in Asia, at least.) Sony has put up a contest to determine who’s the biggest (or most creative) Sony fan in an Instagram contest – sharing your love for PlayStation in image or video form. Contest starts December 4 until December 21, 2014. We do have to note that you still have to pay for the PS4; it won’t be free. But if you’re in the market for one this Christmas season, it would be a huge bonus if you could get this limited edition one for pretty much the same money. So give it a go!
