Back in August Nokia Philippines held an event to launch one of its newest PureView Windows Phone devices – the premium-built Nokia Lumia 925. It’s a sort of successor to the popular Lumia 920 with its Optically Image Stabilizied camera, but with several new improvements. Simply put: its thinner, lighter, and they’ve even improved the imaging lenses to provide for better sharpness. This is achieved with a new aluminum build on the sides, and a reworked lens design. Most of the 920 specs are still there though – which includes the 8.7MP Camera; 1280×768 display (Now AMOLED); and the same processors, NFC, LTE connectivity and all that. Coming at a more affordable PHP 23,500 though, they have skipped on the wireless charging functionality (can be added via a wireless charging case), and now has 16GB of storage (920 has 32GB). Still, with a thinner, more solid body, more affordable price and even better optics, the 925 might just be a good pickup for consumers looking for that thin, but powerful cameraphone. Either way, you can check out the full specs and our launch preview video after the jump!
