Nokia’s been releasing Windows Phones here in the Philippines at quite a fast pace these days, and the Nokia Lumia 625 is another one of them launched in the span of these past few weeks. (There’s another one we’ll be posting about soon.) It’s a new midrange Windows Phone 8 with some unique features like its screen size – the largest in the whole Lumia line at 4.7”. It’s also the most affordable Lumia with full 4G LTE capabilities – making it a great choice for consumers looking for LTE functionality but are on a tighter budget. Rounding out the specs include a 5MP snapper with LED flash, semi-transparent changeable back covers, and a MicroSD slot for expandable storage. (Some WP devices don’t have MicroSD slots.) We’ve got some more specs and a launch preview below so check them out!

Nokia Lumia 625 – PHP 13,200

  • 1.2Ghz Dual-Core Snapdragon Processor
  • 4.7" 800×480 IPS Gorilla Glass 2 Display
  • Windows Phone 8 (With Amber Update)
  • 5MP Camera + LED Flash, VGA Front
  • 512MB RAM, 8GB ROM, MicroSD
  • 2,000mAh Battery
  • Single MicroSIM With LTE (Bands 800/1800/2600)

The Nokia Lumia 625 is available now at most stores nationwide in Orange, Light Green, Yellow, White, and Black. Just make sure that if you’re buying it for LTE that it supports the bands you’ll be using. It is compatible with bands 800/1600/1600 – which means it won’t work with Smart’s LTE band. (It will work with Globe’s though.)
