Samsung’s new lower end A series, the A05 and A05s has been spotted on their Malaysian site. Colorways, renders and it’s specifications are listed on the website.

Tipped by Twitter/X user @Sudhanshu1414, the Galaxy A05 and A05s sport modest specification. Both handsets have a 6.7-inch panel LCD baked in. Their similarities doesn’t end there with them having a 5000mAh cell, 25W fast charging, a single firing speaker and a 50MP main shooter.

The two deviate with the SoC as the A05 packs in a MediaTek Helio G85 solution while the A05s gets handled by a Snapdragon 680 under the hood. Accompanying the A05 50MP camera is a lone 2MP shooter while the A05s has a duo of 2MP shooters. A 13MP selfie sensor and a 1080p panel will greet the A05s user while only an 8MP shooter and 720p display for the A05. Finally, the A05s also gets a side mounted fingerprint scanner.

Looking at the renders, both the A05 and A05s have a spillway notch design for the display and selfie camera. however, A05s edges out the A05 with a slimmer trim in bezels
