Lenovo Philippines has recently announced their new lineup of their 8th Generation of laptops and personal computers. Packing new Intel 13th Gen Processors and NVIDIA 40 Series graphics, you’d expect them to perform great. But Lenovo has also improved their battery management systems, their cooling systems, and overall device designs. Check out a quick runup of the devices below to learn more!

First up is the Lenovo Yoga series spearheaded by the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i. As you know, the Yoga Series is known for their flexibility of use so you can use it in laptop mode, tent mode, tablet mode, and such. Meaning the display also supports touch for ease of use and navigation. In this new generation, the Yoga now comes with a PureSight Pro Display, new upgraded Yoga Keyboard, and a new Lenovo AI Engine+ which anticipates your battery needs and adjusts the system to perform its best and last as long as needed.

A quick look at Lenovo PH’s website lists the Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i with an i7-13705H CPU and RTX 4050 GPU at PHP 98k.

Next up is the Lenovo Legion Gen 8 lineup which includes the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i and the Lenovo Legion Slim 7i (pictured above). We like Lenovo’s description of “Stylish outside, Savage inside.” Meaning: the design language looks classic and sleek with a hint of power and performance, while the real beast is hidden inside. As opposed to other manufacturers who just have to bling out their devices to a point of making them ugly and way too aggressive.

The Legion Pro 7i features a 13th Gen Intel processor, RTX 40 Series graphics, and now has vapor chamber cooling, liquid metal thermal compound, improved intake, fan, exhaust and fan curves. And you’re getting the maximum size battery you can take into an airplane: 99.99Whr.

On Lenovo’s website a Legion Pro 7i with i9-13900HX CPU and RTX 4080 GPU is priced at PHP 188K. It does come with a promo for a 24″ gaming monitor, gaming headset, mouse and backpack for only 1 Peso each, which are basically very nice freebies!

The Legion Slim 7i, as the name implies, packs the same large 99.99Whr battery but is in a very slim 18mm design all-metal chassis weighing under 2KG.

You can grab a Slim 7i with i9-13700H CPU and RTX 4060 GPU starting at PHP 122K. It comes with the same promo freebies as the Pro model so you get a lot for the money.

For gamers who are more on a budget, Lenovo offers the LOQ series. You can get devices with device total wattage at 135W, 85-blade fans with 4 exhausts, MUX Switch (gaming or desktop power saving switch), and military-grade durability.

Lenovo LOQ is also available in desktop tower form. Lenovo claims it to be future-proof meaning they are claiming it to be upgradeable. You can get it with up to i7-13700 CPU and RTX 40 Series GPU.

And finally we arrive at the productivity laptops with the IdeaPad laptops from the new 8th Generation. These new laptops feature smart power management, bigger displays with thinner bezels and front-facing speakers for better multimedia consumption.

The IdeaPad Slim 5i we found with 14″ display is going for PHP 50K on their website. It comes with an i5-1340P CPU, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD.

All of these new laptops from Lenovo come with up to 3 years of Premium Care. And you get the upgraded Lenovo Ultimate Support for the Legion devices. 24/7 Chat Support, on-site support, and the like. Yoga and legion also comes with Accidental Damage Protection for any unforced damages.

Lenovo’s new devices are available now at Lenovo Experience Stores, authorized resellers, and online at Lenovo APAC website. You can check out Lenovo’s FB and IG for more details as well!
