The Lenovo Legion is known to be the gaming focused series by the Chinese phonemaker. Newest in the roster is the Y70, which seems to be a flagship killer-esque offering from them with high specifications and a pretty run of the mill smartphone look compared to the likes of the Y90.
The Y70 is home to a 6.67″ Full HD AMOLED display that refreshes at 144Hz, up to 1000 nits of brightness and is HDR10+ certified. In terms of performance, the Y70 is up to its Legion name as it has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. This is paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The cameras appear middle of the road but the main 50MP sensor has OIS coupled with a 13MP ultrawide and a 2MP depth shooter. The selfies are handled by a 16MP effort.
The phone supports up to 68W fast charging to juice up the 5100mAh battery. Other features include NFC, dual stereo speakers, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Android 12 on top of ZUI 14 and weighs in at 209g and 8mm in thickness.
The Y70 can be bought in China for 2970CNY(PHP 24.3K), 3370CNY(PHP 27.6K) and 4270CNY (PHP 35K) for the 8+128GB, 12+256GB and 16+512GB storage variants.
