Xiaomi T series has been a staple in the global markets as the tier below from their top of the line offerings. They usually offer almost all the flagship features and at a lower asking price. The Mi 10T and Xiaomi 11T series had good runs and now, the Chinese phonemaker seeks to continue the rhythm.

Xiaomi 11T is currently Xiaomi’s budget alternative from the Xiaomi 11 and 12 lineup.

New information regarding the two upcoming devices, the 12T and 12T Pro has surfaced out in the past few days. The specifications are no joke and are upgradea from the Xiaomi 11T series.

Starting with the 12T, there is scarce information regarding this handset. But one essential nugget of data has been tipped by Twitter user @kacrskrz. He stated that the 12T will be sporting the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra chipset. This is a huge upgrade over the Dimensity 1200-Ultra chip that inside the 11T.

As for the Xiaomi 12T Pro, Twitter user @chunvn888 has revealed a translation of The Pixel’s latest video. He interpret that the 12T Pro will be featuring the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, a huge jump from the Snapdragon 888 from the 11T Pro. Besides that, it will also sport the new Samsung HP3 200MP sensor. It is tipped that the device will have a price around 13-15Mln VND (28-33K PHP equivalent).

The two devices are expected to launch this September to replace the outgoing Xiaomi 11T series.
