OnePlus launches its next iteration of their premium midrange device, the standard Nord, with the Nord 2. The device has interesting bits of hardware which makes it perform like its flagship like its cousins, the OnePlus 9 series.

For starters it has the top of the line from MediaTek’s roster, the MediaTek Dimensity 1200. Built on a 6nm process, the chip boasts an ARM Cortex-A78 configuration that runs at a maximum of 3GHz. That is paired with an overclocked version of the Mali G77 MC9 found on MediaTek’s previous flagships. This is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Located at the front is a 6.43-inch Full HD Fluid AMOLED display that refreshes at 90Hz. The 32MP selfie camera with EIS is located at the top portion of the display panel.
With the subject at cameras, the rear sports a triple rear array with it being lead by a 50MP Sony IMX 766 sensor. Accompanying the main camera is an 8MP ultrawide camera with EIS and a 2MP monochrome shooter.
The phone charges at 65W with the 4500mAh battery powering the system. Running the handset is Android 11 on top of OxygenOS 11.

With Digital Walker offering the device currently, the device retails in the Philippines for PHP 21,990 for the 8GB/128GB variant and PHP 25,990 for the top spec model.
