OnePlus already officially reases the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 5G. The name implies 5G support, hence a 5G powered processor. The “CE” in the naming means “Core Edition” as per some rumors and tipsters on Twitter. Its specifications, do not really deviate a lot from the OnePlus Nord which was the company’s last year offering for the midrange segment.
Just like any modern midrange handset, the Nord CE has a Full HD 90Hz panel. It is an AMOLED panel that stretches at a 6.43 inch diagonal.
The device, under the hood, is powered by a Snapdragon 750G processor. The chip supports 5G networks, but doesn’t really separate itself in terms of performance compared to last year’s Snapdragon 765G equipped on the OnePlus Nord.
The main camera of the device is a 64MP effort, which is accompanied by two other sensors with one likely to have an ultrawide functionality. The selfie camera is a 16MP shooter. As for availability, OnePlus might launch the device with other consumer electronics on their event this June 10.
The device is expected to first launch at Europe and India.
