Another Samsung phone has been making rounds on Geekbench 5. Tipsters point out to a Galaxy F62.

Ishan Agarwal of Twitter, together with 91mobiles, has reported that Samsung is working on the Galaxy F62, continuing the F lineup in India. The model of the device is “SM-E625F”.

The Geekbench 5 result shows the usage of an old flagship processor from Samsung themselves, the Exynos 9825. The 9825 was present on previous Samsung’s flagships, specifically the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series.

Other specifications of the device is still not known, though as the naming suggests, it may end up as a premium-tier midrange device. It may pack a large battery and a decent set of cameras.

Samsung is known to equip their devices with previous generation flagship processors, one example is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, with the Exynos 9810 processor.

The F62’s launch date is this February 15 in India.Availability outside of India is uncertain as Samsung only launched their F series of devices in India as of time of writing.
