The OPPO A55 5G is another 5G device from the Chinese manufacturer. It is a budget 5G handset with meager specifications, enough to deliver basic necessities as it is an entry point in the 5G space based on its on paper specifications.


With it 5G capable, it is harnessed inside a MediaTek Dimensity 700 equipped with a dual core Mali G57 for graphics. There is only one memory configuration at 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage capable of expansion via micro SD card. 

Pushing the GPU is a mediocre 720p display that measures 6.5 inches diagonally at a 20:9 aspect ratio. It has a low peak brightness of 480 nits and limited contrast ratio due to it being an LCD IPS display. 


Three rear cameras are on the back with it a main shooter at 13MP and two 2MP cameras for depth and macro assistance. Snapping your selfies is a lone 8MP on the front.


A 5000mAh battery is stashed inside capable of only 10W of charging.
