HTC has been out of the limelight and is currently quietly releasing devices occasionally. This time, they have released the Desire 21 Pro 5G offering midrange specifications at midrange to upper midrange price category.
At the heart of the device is a Snapdragon 690 5G mobile platform. According to tests, the device should sustain power at a long period of time with its 8nm node and scores decently on benchmarks, about 300,000 on AnTuTu as a reference. Paired with the processor is 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Greeting the user is large diagonal at the front at 6.7 inches. The panel is at Full HD resolution and refreshes at 90Hz. It has a 48MP quad camera setup and a 16MP front shooter.
It features a 5000mAh battery with an unknown rate of charging. NFC and a side mounted fingerprint scanner is also included at the device.
Visually, the device looks similar to any midrange device. A display with a punchhole cutout and a rectangular module where the rear shooters are situated.
Its priced at 11,990 Taiwanese dollars or PHP 20.5K equivalent sans taxes and duties. No word for Philippine availability.
