Rumored before, OPPO has gave up their production line of their budget Ace flagship to realme. This makes sense, as OPPO, usually focuses on high end features and experience at higher price points.

Digital Chat Station shed more information about the upcoming device. Realme’s upcoming flagship will have the new Snapdragon 888 platform, this is no surprise as even without the production lines from the OPPO Ace, realme has been chucking out flagship devices like the realme X50 and X2 Pro.

Tipster Digital Chat Station shares information that upcoming realme Race is an upgraded OPPO Ace device.

Though aside from the flagship processor, the insider also stated that the device will also feature a capable camera roster. Also, the device will retain the insanely fast charging technology that has been seen on their past flagship devices.

The rumor seems to be believable as realme has already done before the boxes to be ticked for a proper and respectable flagship device.

The launch date is not known as of now, but it will be promising if it reaches the light of day, if the leaks are correct and the phone maker continues to bring.
