Lenovo Mobile Re-enters In The Philippines with Budget Handsets In Tow, Starts At PHP 3,990

Lenovo Mobile has returned to the Philippines delivering budget-friendly handsets to Filipinos. The three distinct devices, the Lenovo K5 Play, K5 Pro and S5 Pro, are to retail for less than PHP 10,000. The full specifications and pricing are indicated at the end of the article.

The K5 Play is a budget device, retails for only PHP 3,990. It has a serviceable 5.7-inch display at 720p resolution. Powering the device for tasks is an aging Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 mobile platform which is built on a 28nm node. The device is also straightforward with the cameras, offering two rear shooters on the rear and a lone selfie camera. The device boots on 3,000mAh and Android Oreo.

The K5 Pro gets a step up from the K5 Play. It now has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octacore and a Full HD panel. Stereo speakers are also present here. The cameras are also bumped up with a pair of 16MP and 5MP for the front and back businesses. The device will set you back for PHP 5,990 and PHP 6,990 for the two existing storage variants.

Lastly, the S5 Pro completes the trio of devices launched. It retains the 1080p panel from the K5 Pro, stereo speakers and the Snapdragon 636, though unique here is a telephoto camera and 18W of fast charging.
