Vivo has been releasing 5G devices on China. Two of these are the Vivo S6 and Z6 5G, both of which, are midrangers. As of recent, rumors point out on one of them, the S6, will arrive globally.
A tipster on Weibo shared that the device will arrive in global markets and is similar to the already released Vivo S6 5G. What makes it interesting is that the Chinese firm opted for an Exynos chipset, specifically the Exynos 980, for the device. Traditionally, other manufacturers grab Qualcomm or MediaTek mobile platforms for their devices, this time, Vivo took a shot on Samsung’s very own 5G midrange chip. The front is a 6.44-inch panel, an AMOLED display which is at Full HD and refreshes at standard rates at 60Hz. The 32 megapixel selfie camera resides at the center top of the display via a spillway notch.
For the rear camera system, Vivo chucked in four cameras, which are 48 megapixels for the main shooter, an 8 megapixel shooter for ultrawide shots and two 2 megapixel sensors for depth and macro.
The device is energized via a 4500mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging. The G1, like other Vivo devices, will boot up FunTouchOS on top of Android.
