He stated that the device will feature a Snapdragon 865 and 5G network support. The device’s display will have a 120Hz refresh rate, two times of a normal device at 60Hz, yet it will have an LCD display. This might remind you of the Redmi K30 series that has been released in China late last year with the same display setup.

The main camera of the device is a 48MP shooter and will accompany two more sensors for other functionalities. Also, he also claim a single punch-hole cutout on the display.
According to i_Leak_VN, he started to claim that the device is the vivo iQOO Neo 3. The Vivo iQOO Neo 3 will be the Vivo Z6 5G with upgraded internals. His basis was that Vivo and iQOO “liked to share” the same design over their iQOO and their other series of devices. This is not far fetched, after all, iQOO is vivo’s sub-brand. 

The device is expected to be “cost-effective” or inexpensive or as what they say a “flagship-killer”. IQOO has already released a flagship not too long ago, the Vivo iQOO 3 which had a Snapdragon 865, triple cameras with a 48MP main shooter, albeit a 60Hz OLED display. 
The iQOO Neo 3 might be an option for those who seek high refresh rate displays for less. As of right now, the Redmi K30 Pro sits at 2999 RMB or approximately PHP 21.5K converted. The iQOO Neo 3 won’t be far off in terms of the K30 Pro’s pricing.

The device should launch a little later in China.
