Honor is also known for its budget offerings. Huawei’s sub-brand has also unveiled the Honor Play 9A, alongside with the Honor 30S, as one of its strikes on the entry-level market.
The handset has a 6.3″ LCD panel with an HD resolution and a teardrop notch at the top. Cradling by the notch is an 8MP sensor for selfies.
The rear has a 13MP main camera, which shoots 1080p videos alike to the selfie snapper. A 2MP is present to aid for depth. Noticeable also on the rear is the presence of a capacitive fingerprint scanner.
The device has a MediaTek Helio P35 in tow, the system on a chip has a PowerVR GE8320 GPU and eight power efficient Cortex A53 cores. Internal constituents, aside from the processor is 4GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB storage with expansion for micro SD for up to half a terabyte.
A 5000mAh power tank is stocked into the device which fills in via 10W charging on its MicroUSB port. Available color options include Night Black, Blue Emerald and Jasper Green. It is currently selling for 899 CNY and 1199CNY for the 64GB and 128GB storage selections. That is PHP 6.5K and PHP 8.6K respectively direct out of conversion.
