Huawei is already readying their March 26 online only event. It is expected that the Chinese firm to announce their newest flagship lineup this early 2020, the Huawei P40 series. Now, for the Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro, Ishan Agarwal has managed to supply information about the key specifications for both devices. 

The front will display a 6.1″ display, the display has a cutout that will be housing a selfie camera.The rear camera setup will include a 50MP, a 16MP, an 8MP Leica ultra vision sensor. Huawei XD Fusion Engine is present, this is most likely a software processing for photos. Also, one of the sensors aforementioned is expected to be a telephoto camera. The battery pack is a 3800mAh tank. The device will be powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G processor. Support for up to 30X digital zoom is also expected with the standard P40 device.


On the other hand, the Huawei P40 Pro will come with a 6.58″ display, also with a cutout housing two front facing shooters. This will be powered also by the HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G processor. The rear camera setup is a 50MP, 40MP, 12MP and a ToF sensor combo. One of these sensors will be a periscope camera that will able to achieve for up to 50X zoom with Telephoto stabilization. Huawei XD Fusion engine is also present on this device. The front shooters are 32MP and a depth sensor. The device will feature wireless charging, it may be a 27W or 40W as the tipster is confused of either which. 

The sensor will be used is the new custom built Sony IMX 700. This will feature a hexadeca bayer technology in which the sensor is binned with 4×4 pixels.
