Do you really need 64MP? Nobody really knows anymore, and I doubt anyone is actually asking if its necessary these days. Let’s all just accept the fact that the megapickel wars have started once again and the battlefield has escalated to 64MP. The first 64MP shot is metaphorically and literally fired by the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro.

Priced at only PHP 11,490, the new Pro packs a few ‘firsts’, including the aforementioned 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor, and a new gaming-centric MediaTek G90T processor. Finally, rounded off with a generous 6GB RAM for heavy multitasking and gaming. Not bad for less than PHP 12k, right? Specs are below!
