PlayStation 4 Gets A Huge Price Cut; 500GB Version Might Hit 16k?

At a Sony PlayStation Asia Press Conference event held this week, the Japanese company made buying a PS4 even more irresistible. The console will now have an SRP tag of PHP 18,900, down from the original PHP 24,999. Given that most local retailers are already selling the console for about PHP 19k, (we bought ours at 19) it’s probably safe to assume the PHP 18,900 price tag will be lowered to around 16k as well, after a short adjustment period. Well, that’s just a hunch of course. Anyway, there’s also some new hardware – including exclusive PS4 bundles, PS Vita colors, and controllers. Check out our video above to find out more!
