Since the introduction of the Nokia 808 PureView, we’ve always been clamoring for a similar cameraphone product with the same oversampling and lossless zoom in Windows Phone form. Since then Nokia has given us a taste of the same imaging prowess with the Lumia 920 and 925’s Optical Image Stabilization technologies. But finally, its here: the new Nokia Lumia 1020. First off, it has an improved 41MP sensor that still does the oversampling that we’ve loved on the 808, but to top it off it also has an even better OIS system for low-light, shake free photos. Topping it off, it also comes with a new camera application called Nokia Pro Cam that gives you full control over the image settings of your photos. (Much like the Manual or Semi-Manual modes on professional cameras.) So finally, we have what we’ve always been waiting for: the best cameraphone you’ll likely see this generation. We have a launch preview video and some more specs for you below, so just hop over the jump to check it out!
