The Nokia E6

Nokia E series fans rejoice, as the newest member of the business QWERTY bar line has arrived – the Nokia E6. It brings with it the much awaited Symbian Anna update that we’ve mentioned before. It is the upgrade to Nokia’s smartphone OS that was introduced late last year with the Nokia N8. It comes with several new enhancements and features on the mobile operating system in order to improve its usability and performance. First out of the gate with this software built-in is the aforementioned new E series business phone the E6.

The form factor, preceded by Nokia’s popular E71 and E72 phones, has now been improved and updated for today’s modern needs. It sports a 2.46” 640×480 touchscreen to compliment the keyboard for better navigation. Features include a Gorilla Glass protected display, 8MP camera + Dual LED flash with 720p @ 25fps video, VGA front facing camera, 680Mhz processor, and 8GB built-in storage with Micro SD expansion port. Business features include Mail for Exchange support and Microsoft Communicator Mobile, among other enterprise solutions. While we’re at it, we’d also like to mention that Ovi Maps is also included which as usual comes with full time navigation for free.

The E6 is available in black, silver or white for an SRP of PHP 17,820. Check them out at your nearest Nokia retailers.
