OnePlus Ace rumored to have a MediaTek Dimensity 8100, 150W charging

A new report and evidence from Weibo shows that OnePlus is once again expanding their product lineup and will be introducing a new series soon.

First, a report from Digital Chat Station shows some details of the upcoming OnePlus Ace. The Ace is said to have the new MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset which was previously used by the Redmi K50 and the realme GT Neo 3. The chip has gained some popularity in the tech enthusiast scene as the silicon impressed in terms of efficiency and performance over the Snapdragon solutions.

It also details that the phone will have the same Sony IMX 766 which was used on the realme GT Neo 3 and realme GT 2 series. Topping off, the handset shares similar charging specs as the realme GT Neo 3 with the inclusion of the 150W charging technology.

Aside from the report, numerous OnePlus posters have already leaked out of Weibo. Amazon has already teased the global version of the handset, the OnePlus 10R, arriving this April 28 in India.
