OnePlus 9RT Flagship Device Rumored. Snapdragon 8-series And High Refresh Rate Display

While the OnePlus 9T is rumored to not even come into light, another device will be coming with bears some flagship features.

The rumor mill started when a codename “Martini” started appearing on leaks as its model number gets passed around. Reliable tipsters like Max J also teased some information regarding the alleged device in the alleged absence of the 9T.

Now a report from Android Central sheds more light about the rumored device. “Martini” is hinted to be called as the OnePlus 9RT. The 9RT is tipped to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 mobile platform. As a refresher, this is the Snapdragon 865 binned to 3.2GHz and has been used in a variety of flagship killers and premium devices to promote flagship-esque performance at a lower cost.

Moving on, the device will be having a 120Hz high refresh rate panel. Other details of the display is still unknown. The display specifications may depend what the device is targeted to. If it is a premium higher end device, it may feature AMOLED tech or even a curved variety. If it is a more budget oriented device, likely to be an IPS panel.

Other stuff like the battery is rated at 4500mAh that charges at 65W likely to be Warp Charge 65. Running on the device is OxygenOS 12 on Android 11 or 12.
