Sony Xperia 10 III Visits Geekbench With Snapdragon 765G In Tow

Sony is gearing up the Xperia 1 III as their flagship smartphone. Though, the Japanese phonemaker seems to be brewing a tandem device designed for the midrange market. 

From Slashleaks, a certain Geekbench listing reveals another Sony device in the making. It bears the model number of A003SO. Its scores resemble the Snapdragon 765 devices. It also has a “lito” motherboard which was used on previous devices which was based on the said platform, which can be either be a Snapdragon 690, a slightly less powerful Snapdragon 765 chip or a Snapdragon 768G, a binned version of the 765G which clock frequencies crank up to 2.8GHz.

Aside from the chip, the electronic slab has 6GB of RAM and runs on Android 11 software.
As for the other specifications, none are known yet. But we can expect atleast a 1080p display with a 21:9 aspect ratio likened to their recent devices. It may also come with a high refresh rate OLED panel. 
Prices may harbor around at the US$300-500 ballpark. Availability may be only for select markets, launch date as of writing is unknown as of now.
