When Xiaomi launched the Mi 10 last year as their new flagship device, it offered generational upgrades over it’s predecessor tagging along it’s price at a higher tier as well. Today, Xiaomi launches a refined version of that device at lower prices with the Mi 11 being the main and true successor of the Mi 10. 

The Mi 10S offers almost identical specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 10. The user still gets that 90Hz Full HD AMOLED display, same flavor of Android skin with MIUI accustom to Xiaomi devices. It also has the same battery capacity at 4780mAh and rear camera setup. Though the design has been tweaked which may remind you of the Mi Note 10 Lite and the Mi 11’s design language. 

The battery charges the same as it’s predecessor as well with 30W wireless charging, 30W wired charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. 

One of the key differences is the Mi 10S has the binned version of the Snapdragon 865, the 870. The chip can reach a maximum clock frequency of 3.19GHz at it’s prime core. The GPU gets some notable upgrades as well for better gaming performance. 

Also, alike to the Xiaomi Mi 11, the Mi 10S edges it’s predecessor with Harman Kardon tuned speakers. Which is actually recognized by DXOMark as the best speakers topping out the ROG Phone from ASUS by a point.

Its specifications and prices are listed below, it is not known whether if this device would arrive in the Philippines through official Mi stores.
