The Chinese phone maker unveils the K7, quietly at their home market. The K7 succeeds the K5 within the series. It stacks up with it by bringing more features such as 5G connectivity, and an upgraded chipset while retaining some already good features such as the VOOC 4.0 tech.

At the front is a spillway notch housing the 32 megapixel selfie snapper. The camera is surrounded by a Full HD AMOLED display that stretches diagonally at 6.5 inches. The display is locked at 60Hz though it is expected to bring inky blacks and absurdly high contrast ratios.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G is an upgrade over the 730G from the K5. It now supports 5G connectivity while also being speedier as well.
The cameras aren’t skimped as well, with a quad rear camera system which is lead by a 48 megapixel main shooter. It is accompanied by an 8 megapixel ultrawide camera and a pair of 2 megapixel shooters for macro and depth capabilities. The camera in the front inside the notch is a 32 megapixel snapper.

It gets its power with its 4,025mAh reservoir which charges at 30W fast charging thanks to OPPO’s proprietary VOOC 4.0 charging technology.
