Nokia launches their entry level phone, the Nokia C3 at China earlier today. The device packs specifications that will suffice basic smartphone usage such as being a portal with your favorite applications. Their C series of smartphones were known for that.
The Nokia C3 now touts symmetrical bezels at the front. The display stretches at almost 6 inches diagonally at 5.99. The display is an LCD panel at HD resolution.
An octacore chipset is running the show here clocked at 1.6GHz, this is likely to be the UNISOC SC9863A, which is paired with 3 gigabytes of RAM and 32 gigabytes of storage as memory configuration. The internal storage supports microSD card expansion through a dedicated slot for up to 128 gigabytes.
Photography-wise the device has a lone 8 megapixel snapper located at the back and a 5 megapixel selfie shooter at the front. Powering the device is a 3,040mAh tank which charges slowly at 5W through a Micro USB port.
Other features such as a headphone port and a rear fingerprint scanner are present at the device as well.
International availability is unknown as of now. In China, the device retails for 699CNY or about PHP 5,000 taxes and duties not yet included.
