In the advent of gaming smartphones , different manufacturers have joined the train to launch their own gaming device. Even though a niche market, brands try to catch the attention of consumers, whether they are willing to purchase such a device.
Different manufacturers such as from Red Magic, ASUS with their ROG Phone and Xiaomi subsidiary, Blackshark, are already well known in the market in sending out offerings to the table when it comes to gaming smartphones.
Now it is already known, thanks to rumors and leaks, that Lenovo is doing their own. And here are four key features leaked via their promotional posters.
1. 90W fast charging
Currently, the fastest charging device in the market right now is from Realme and OPPO at 65W thanks to their SuperVOOC 2.0 charging technologies. The poster shows a dual-cell battery technology which enables the high speeds of charging. Charging two separate cells simultaneously at 45W.
While 90W is no 100W nor 120W introduced by Chinese manufacturers. There is no denying that at release, this will take the crown as the fastest charging tech to date.
2. The Snapdragon 865 Plus
Qualcomm recently unveiled their refresh of the Snapdragon 865, the Snapdragon 865 Plus. The chip maker promises up to 10% uplift in performance for both CPU and GPU. Also, Qualcomm added more connectivity features such as faster WiFi capabilities and improved Bluetooth connectivity.
3. High refresh rate display
Gaming smartphones, since their inception with the Razer Phone, had high refresh rate with their displays. This is to ensure a smoother experience with supported titles and when scrolling through social media platforms.
According to the photos, the device will feature a 144Hz AMOLED display. It is also accompanied by a 270Hz touch sampling rate.
The last one is an X-axis linear motor. This might mean that the haptics and vibration for a better gaming and overall smartphone experience.
