OPPO adds a new device under the Reno3 series. The Reno 3A is positioned on the midrange segment in Japan. At JPY 39.8K (PHP 18K directly converted), it is one of the cheaper devices on the series. The device has a Snapdragon 665, a 4025mAh battery and an AMOLED display.
The display stretches at the front with a 1080p AMOLED display. At 6.44 inches, it touts a 90% screen to body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Under the hood is a Snapdragon 665 mobile platform. It is paired with an Adreno 610 GPU for gaming capabilities. This chip was prolific on budget to midrange devices that launched from last year up to present with the likes of the Redmi Note 8, realme 5, Sony Xperia 10 II and more. Aside from the chip, the device is harnessed with 6 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of storage.
The quad rear camera system is lead by a 48 megapixel primary sensor. The other three sensors are 8 megapixel and a pair of 2 megapixel sensors for ultrawide, macro and depth prowess. The 16 megapixel shooter is on the front housed on the spillway notch upon the display.
Powering the machine is a 4,025mAh battery that has Quick Charge support. For the software, the device boots Android 10 skinned with ColorOS 7.1
