Realme has released their newest budget effort on the European space. The Realme X3 SuperZoom aids the X50 Pro by bringing a periscopic camera with up to 60x digital zoom. The device also sports a 120Hz refresh rate display, albeit an LCD panel. Going along with the initial features is an attractive price tag.

The device looks similar to realme’s products from its camera module to the front panel. The display is a kin to the realme X50 Pro with the familiar pill punch-hole cutout which houses two selfie cameras, a 32MP and an ultrawide shooter. The display refreshes at 120Hz, though the panel used is a more conventional LCD panel.

Under the hood is a Snapdragon 855 Plus, last year’s flagship system on a chip. Rumors suggest that this is to dodge Qualcomm’s price hike with their recent Snapdragon 865 platform with its 5G modem. Along that is up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The cameras are composed of four modules. The 64MP Samsung Bright GW1 returns here along with an 8MP ultrawide camera, a periscope telephoto camera that can achieve up to 60x zoom, a macro camera is there to complete the four.
The battery is rated at 4,200mAh and can charge via realme’s Dart charging which caps at 30W. It boots realme UI based on Android 10.
