Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Revealed, 10.4-inch Display And 7,040mAh Battery

The South Korean tech giant has released a watered-down version of their Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 released last July.


The display is replaced with an LCD panel and is a tenth of an inch smaller than the standard S6. Its resolution is 2000×1200. This also means that the newly unveiled Lite variant does not sport the indisplay fingerprint scanner that was found on the regular S6.


For the processing package, Samsung has equipped the device with an undisclosed 2.3GHz Octacore processor. Rumors and reports say that the chip is the midrange and in-house developed Exynos 9611 which was found on the mid tier Galaxy A series. 
For the canvas for applications, the device is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage options. Samsung allows the user to expand its storage via a MicroSD card solution for up to 1TB.


The tablet boots up OneUI 2.0 from Samsung which is a skinned version of Android 10.
For cameras, an 8MP for the main shooter and 5MP for selfies are present to suffice optic capabilities.

A reservoir of 7,040mAh is powering the S6 Lite which charges through a USB-C port. 

Other features such as a 3.5mm headphone port, Bluetooth 5.0, S-Pen support and LTE connectivity is on duty as well.
