Samsung is working hard in their A series this year. The company is releasing a multitude of devices in the series to cater consumers that don’t eye for a flagship. This time, details about the Galaxy A51 5G surfaces. 

The Galaxy A51, not to be confused with the other devices under the A50 name, has already passed through TENAA. Usually, devices pass this certification get launched in a matter of weeks. So the launch of the device is soon. 

In terms of the processor, the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G has the in-house Exynos 980 chip. This chip is a 5G capable mobile platform. This is paired with 8GB of RAM. The battery is rated at 4370 mAh, and it fills up via a 25W charging solution.

Physical heft is described at 185g and just above 8mm of thickness at 8.1mm. 

In terms of the cameras, the primary camera is powered by a 64MP sensor. The main camera is backed up by a 12MP sensor and a pair of 5MP sensors. The selfie camera has a 32MP residing beneath the lens.

Mincu Andrei, a Slashleaks contributor, has leaked of what appears to be a press render of the Galaxy A51 5G. The display has a punch-hole cut out. The rear reveals the camera setup, in an L-shape, inside a rectangular module. 

Launch date, pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
