Samsung is on a roll in releasing their handsets within their A series lineup. Their latest addition is the Samsung Galaxy A31 which has middle of the road specifications, which live up to its A series moniker. The device will succeed the Samsung Galaxy A30, though not much of a spec bump compared to, the A31 has some key and significant upgrades over its predecessor.
The display on the front is a Super AMOLED panel with a U shape notch. This stretches at 6.4 inches diagonally. The MediaTek Helio P65 is running the device harnessed with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Its camera setup consists of a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a pair of 5MP cameras which are responsible for macro and depth sensing. Aside from the upgraded optics, the device has a mammoth 5000mAh battery and has 15W fast charging capabilities. Amenities include Samsung Pay Support, a USB-Type C port and runs on Android 10 that is beneath the company’s One UI 2.0
The device is expected to launch in different regions of the globe. It will come in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Blue, Prism Crush Red and Prism Crush White color arrays. The exact availability and the price of the device is yet to be announced.
