Our new steering wheel stand is here! We looked around for the best option for my needs and well, considering that we live in the Philippines and the choices are slim to none, this isn’t too bad. So we ordered this somewhat generic named “Steering Wheel Stand” from Lazada for about PHP 9.9k + shipping. (About US$200 total) And it didn’t seem too bad. Like we said in the video, the choices for a pre-built steering wheel stand in the Philippines are slim. You could import them but that means paying up for shipping and taxes. While items from Lazada/Shoppe tend to navigate through those pitfalls for you instead.
Overall its not a terrible choice, considering the most accessible stands in the PH market are PlaySeat units, which are bulkier because they include the seat, typically have a pole in the middle of the pedals, and can get expensive.
