The Camera With The Highest Potential – Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom (PROTOTYPE PREVIEW)

Fun fact: we tried a different way of scripting and voicing the video of the Zenfone 3 Zoom preview you’re about to watch. We’re not 100% fully satisfied with the video, but sometimes you just have to put out what you’ve got: us discussing the potential quality of the new cameraphone from Asus in a bit awkwardly scripted way. But hopefully that doesn’t make you think less of the phone. On the contrary, the ZenFone 3 Zoom looks to be one of the best cameras in a phone this year, if the Taiwanese company could harness its full potential. Check out our preview of the prototype embedded above to learn more about what we think about it (we won’t type it out below), or read up on all of the specs of the phone below!

Coincidentally, we’ve been hearing reports that the ZenFone 3 Zoom has finally been launched in Taiwan as of today. It has been selling for NT$14,990 – of which translates to roughly PHP 25,000 or US$500. We’d love to get a hold of a retail version to finally be able to scrutinize the quality of the finished product’s cameras and it’s updated software, but at least we know its already out in the wild.
