What would one of the most powerful phones in existence look like? (Aside from Turing Phones) Well, it’ll probably look something similar to the HP Elite X3. Its got specs that will rival the entire flagship playing field out there – even against giants like Apple, Samsung, or LG – and does better at some points too. But the X3 is also a Windows 10 Mobile device which makes it the best of that ecosystem as well. However, the American tech company isn’t positioning this as a consumer device – it’s offered as an enterprise solution for business users. As far as international prices are concerned, the smartphone is being sold for US$799 in the United States – which we quote for you so you’d have an idea of what the actual pricing for it is. The HP Elite X3 in the Philippines is available directly through HP Philippines’ Enterprise Solutions, or you can buy a loose one for PHP 54,999 from Villman (probably gray market).
