Electroworld Brings Back Epic Nokia Lumia Sale–P11,000 For 1020 & P12,000 For 1520!

A few weeks ago, Electroworld put up a great sale for the flagship Nokia Lumia devices – namely the Lumia 1020 with the 41MP Camera for only PHP 11,000; and the Lumia 1520 Snapdragon 800 phablet for only PHP 12,000. We were a bit skeptical then, but we ordered online to see if their system worked. Long story short though, we did get our Lumia 1020 and for only PHP 11,000. That’s good enough in itself to be newsworthy. If you’re interested, you should check out Electroworld.com.ph and order there, or take your chance at their brick & mortar stores to see if actual units are available.

Note: For people ordering online, the process takes some extra work. They’ll ask for a scanned picture of a government issued ID and your credit card with some numbers blacked out. Then when your order is delivered, they’ll ask for a xeroxed copy of your government issued ID. It’s a bit of a hassle and nowhere as simple as Lazada, but at least it works.

Anyway, the main point here is you can get any of these two awesome phones for very very heavily discounted prices. So check the sale out at Electroworld.com.ph.

Side Note: We just got the update to Windows Phone 8.1 / Lumia Cyan on our Lumia 1020 yesterday. Awesome!
